Removing Cougar stickplay

Stickspeling

Remove the 4 screws and split the stick.
Take care of the trigger and paddle wiring and actuators.

This is how your stick looks on the inside
Make sure that, when assembling the stick everything looks the same!

Tighten this screw. This is the bugger that causes the play. You can use some Locktite. Don't tighten too much as the material is very soft.

If you want to do it right the first time, you can insert a steel helicoil to prevent future trouble.

After tightening the screw, place the trigger and paddle and carefully place the two parts together.

Tighten the four external screws and you are done.
